I cannot sign in.

1. Sign in from the door at the top of any page. There is no password to remember — you give an address, and a link arrives at it.
2. If the link has not arrived, check that the address is the one you first used. A different address is a different desk, and creating one does not merge them.
3. A link is single-use and short-lived. If yours has expired, ask for another; nothing is lost by doing so.

If the address is right and no link arrives, the fault is ours and not yours. Write to the desk from any other address and say which address is affected.
